ISM-Memphis, Inc. and APICS-Memphis Chapter have secured the services of two of the city’s best economic experts: Mr. Brian Campbell, Senior Vice President with Fidelity Investments, and Dr. Jeffery Wallace, Economist and Research Associate Professor at the University of Memphis. Each of these gentlemen will share with you want they see as the economic trends and impacts to the Greater Memphis area as well as the rest of the country.

Dr. Wallace is an Economist and Research Associate Professor with the Sparks Bureau of Business & Economic Research at The University of Memphis. He is a member of the National Association for Business Economics and President of the MidSouth Association for Business Economics.
Dr. Wallace specializes in economic impact studies, having most recently completed an economic impact study of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act on Shelby County (2011), an economic impact study of The University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences (2011), and the economic impact of Memphis International Airport (2009).
Dr. Wallace also has substantial experience in tax revenue forecasting and government fiscal analysis, survey research and design, labor market analysis, state labor training program evaluation, and other state and local government program evaluations.
Mr. Campbell is Senior Vice President for Fidelity Financial Advisor Solutions (FFAS), a division of Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services. Mr. Campbell joined Fidelity in October of 2008. Prior to assuming his current role, he worked as vice president/asset management for JP Morgan in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Prior to that, he worked as vice president/asset management for AXA Enterprise in Tennessee and Kentucky.
